On the site of a defunct mill building in North Providence, RI, this project reclaimed the site to become mixed-use housing.  The building was intended to have a steel superstructure that could receive a variety of module types to be used for residential or commercial purposes.  The form of the building could evolve based on juxtaposition and adjacencies of the different modules.
