I enjoy project management for numerous reasons, but with regard to museums exhibits, it often offers an opportunity to educate project stakeholders in what is usually a very rigorous process of development.  For me the success of a project does not simply lie in the outcome and the physical (built) manifestation of a vision, it is also measured by a PM's ability (through excellent planning, communication and leadership) to cultivate a positive team oriented experience for clients, designers, fabricators, installers and everyone else involved.
